Power Platform and Copilot Studio

Low code does not mean low quality, but it gets delivered that way more often than it should.

Low code does not mean low quality, but it is often delivered that way: disconnected apps, flows nobody documented, and AI agents bolted on without a clear job to do. Built properly, the Power Platform is fast and genuinely robust.

We design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Power Pages, fully integrated with your business systems. We also build intelligent AI agents and automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio, delivering real productivity gains for employees and customers.

How we help

  • Power Apps: custom business applications built on Dataverse, integrated with your existing data.
  • Power Automate: process automation that connects cleanly to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems.
  • Power BI: dashboards built on live data, not static exports.
  • Copilot Studio: AI agents deployed to Teams, Copilot or embedded in customer facing channels, built for a specific task, not a generic demo.
  • Power Pages: Build data-driven websites quickly, with governance built in so the data behind every experience stays accurate and secure.
  • Dataverse: Unify enterprise data under one governance model, so your apps, automation, and AI all run on the same secure, trusted foundation.

Why it matters

For Skýra Retreat, a premium hospitality concept in Finnish Lapland, we implemented Power Apps for quotes, bookings, and field operations, Power Automate to handle the quote-to-booking process and cross-system notifications, and Power BI for real-time visibility into sales and booking trends, all governed alongside a structured SharePoint and Teams setup so the operation could scale without fragmenting across tools. For other tourism SME clients, we architected a single SharePoint site with multiple libraries supporting four custom Copilot Studio agents, covering Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations, deployed to Teams, an architecture chosen specifically to avoid the sprawl that low code projects often accumulate.

Power Platform sprawl happens the same way technical debt happens anywhere: a flow built quickly to solve one problem, then another, until nobody can map what depends on what. We document and govern the environment from the start, including naming conventions and a clear environment strategy, so the platform stays manageable as it grows rather than becoming unmaintainable by year two.

Frequently asked questions

Power Apps builds custom business applications. Copilot Studio builds conversational AI agents. Many of our projects use both together, an app for structured tasks and an agent for conversational ones.
It can, if architected properly from the start. A lot of our work is fixing Power Platform implementations that grew disorganized because nobody planned the architecture upfront.
Not always, but for anything beyond a simple app or flow, Dataverse usually pays off in data consistency and governance compared to simpler data sources.
Yes, we regularly inherit existing Power Platform environments, assess what is there, and either extend or rebuild parts of it depending on what we find.
