• Asset Register tracks equipment details, service history, and ownership responsibilities.

• Partnership Leads keeps business development details, current status, and next actions in one place.

This package is offered as a fixed-budget engagement that brings the core setup together in one delivery. The total project price is €4,000, excluding VAT and any required licenses.

• SharePoint site build: A branded home page, 7 document libraries, department pages, and department-level permissions.
• Teams setup: 1 team with 5 channels and file tabs configured for each channel.
• Copilot rollout: 4 copilots for Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations, grounded in SharePoint, tested, and deployed in Teams.
• Training and handover: A 2-hour online session for the team, plus documentation for managing content after launch.
